Cancellations & Returns

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled by dropping a mail at care@kartinmart.com or by calling our customer support executives at +91-33-26555670. When a product is shipped a confirmation e-mail regarding the same will be sent to you. If you wish to cancel an order, inform our customer support within 12 hours of placing order and if the order is shipped, do not accept delivery of the order. For cancellation of order, You may call our customer care or write us on care@kartinmart.com with order / reference details.

RETURN POLICY

Any damaged products can be returned and a refund/exchange can be availed within 2 days of delivery of the item. This policy is applicable to products displayed on Kartinmart.com except Products of personal care i.e.  Inner wears, Lingerie, Fragrances, Beauty products and personal care, Jewellery, Swimsuits, Socks, Furniture, CDs, Books and Toys. Products once used shall not qualify for return.

Apparel Return Conditions:

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received for it to acceptable for return. All tags, warranty cards, accessories and product information booklets received must be returned with the product.
  • The product must not have suffered incidental damage and must not be altered, stained, washed or worn.
  • The product shall qualify for refund/exchange only after a final scrutiny of the product based on the conditions mentioned above.

Bags Return Conditions:

  • The bags must be in brand new condition, devoid of any incidental damages, should not be stained, washed or used.
  • The tags, warranty cards, additional accessories (if any) must not be tampered or removed.
  • The product shall qualify for refund/exchange only after a final scrutiny of the product based on the conditions mentioned above.

Footwear Return Conditions:

  • Footwear must be unworn and in the condition received by the customer. If the product has sustained any incidental damages or if it is used or soiled, the same shall not be accepted for return.
  • The tags, box, warranty cards, additional accessories (if any) must not be used tampered or removed.
  • The footwear must be returned in its original box, and any Serial No./ UPC Code/ SKU ID on the product or the box must not be tampered or removed. The box must not be damaged any nothing must be written or stuck on the box.
  • The product shall qualify for refund/exchange only after a final scrutiny of the product based on the conditions mentioned above.

Accessories/ Watches/ Jewellery Return Conditions:

  • To be acceptable for return the product must be unused and brand new. Tampered and scratched products shall not be accepted.
  • The tags, sealed box, warranty cards, additional accessories (if any) must not be tampered or removed.
  • All protective coverings on the product and the Serial No./UPC code/SKU ID on the product or box must be intact and untampered.
  • The product shall qualify for refund/exchange only after a final scrutiny of the product based on the conditions mentioned above.

Electronics/ Appliances Return Conditions:

  • Used/Installed products and products which have incurred damages due to misuse or mishandling on the part of the customer are not liable for return.
  • The tags, sealed box, warranty cards, additional accessories (if any) must not be tampered or removed.
  • All protective coverings on the product and the Serial No./ UPC Code/ SKU ID on the product or box must be intact and untampered.
  • The product shall qualify for refund/exchange only after a final scrutiny of the product based on the conditions mentioned above.

All products made available to you by Kartinmart.com are 100% original. These products are made to undergo a strenuous quality check routine, which ensures elimination of any counterfeit units and guarantees authenticity.

Refund Policy

Refunds shall be processed within 15 days of receipt of the returned goods by Kartinmart.com In case the order was made via COD, a refund cheque, made out to the “Billing Name” used while placing the order, shall be deposited in your bank account through online transfer. In case of prepaid orders through Credit/Debit cards, Net banking the amount shall be transferred back to the bank account from which it was paid.

Refunds shall not be processed if there is no valid reason for returning the products. Exchange can be made in this case and there is no validity date of purchase, the same amount will be less in repurchasing from the deposited amount.

Returning Unused Goods

Unused goods in their original condition can be returned to Kartinmart.com. The process will be dependent upon the category of goods you wish to return and your location. The logistics costs incurred in the process will have to be borne by you.
